Remote Videoconferencing Explained

While videoconferencing is not a new phenomenon in litigation, its usage has become more mainstream.  Litigants and the public alike have taken to the efficiency, reliability, and convenience of remote hearings.

Participants may be recorded with permission during the videoconference, but videoconferences are not saved, and not used for trial purposes.
